1. Platform Role

Marketflow provides a digital business opportunity marketplace that connects visible client demands with supplier offers. Users are responsible for evaluating each opportunity before participating.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter binding agreements, and permitted to use the Platform under applicable laws.

3. KYC and Security

Users may view opportunities and request deposits before KYC approval. Users may not execute trades, upgrade VIP level, or request withdrawals until KYC has been submitted and approved by admin. Withdrawals and sensitive changes may require two-factor authentication.

4. Manual Financial Review

Deposits, withdrawals, VIP upgrades, and fulfillment payments are manually reviewed by administrators. Funds or statuses are updated only after admin approval.

5. No Guaranteed Profit

Marketflow does not guarantee profit, return, supplier performance, opportunity availability, or transaction approval. Users participate at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, money laundering, use of stolen funds, impersonation, account sharing, abuse of referrals, platform manipulation, or violation of applicable law is prohibited.
