This Privacy Policy explains how Marketflow collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you create an account or use Platform services.
2. Account Information
We collect username, email address, authentication data, account status, VIP level, profile image, notification preferences, and other information needed to operate your account.
3. KYC and Identity Information
For compliance and fraud prevention, we may collect legal name, date of birth, phone number, country, identity document images, proof of address, selfie or liveness data, and admin review status.
4. Transaction Information
We collect deposit requests, withdrawal requests, payment proof, wallet or payout details, car order activity, VIP upgrade requests, balances, fees, profits, and approval history.
5. Security Information
We collect login events, verification tokens, two-factor authentication status, password reset metadata, device/browser information, and audit information needed to protect accounts.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, process manual deposits and withdrawals, manage car orders, provide support, send notifications, detect fraud, comply with law, and improve the Platform.
7. Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for email delivery, analytics, customer support, hosting, database infrastructure, and security operations. Providers may process data only as needed to deliver these services.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, to enforce policies, or with service providers operating under appropriate safeguards.
9. Data Security and Retention
We use access controls, hashed passwords, secure tokens, HTTPS, validation, and administrative controls to reduce risk. We retain account, KYC, transaction, and security records for as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
10. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account from Settings > Delete Account. When deletion is confirmed, personal profile data is removed or anonymized and the account is disabled. Some transaction, KYC, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required for compliance, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.
